Welcome to "Zalea's Golf CoMPANY". My name is Zoe Walker and I am thrilled to share my journey into the enchanting world of golf.

this journey began and "blossomed" in the picturesque Coachella Valley city of Palm Desert, California. this southern California region is renowned for its stunning array of nearly 125 world-class golf course communities. Though I didn’t grow up on the greens, my passion for golf was ignited in 2014 while watching the dramatic moments of the 2014 Masters with my dad. Witnessing Bubba Watson's incredible and triumphant victory sparked something within me: the willingness to embrace the game, the grind and the vibrant community that surrounds it.

it was during My sophomore year of high school that i picked up a golf club for the first time and it was love at first swing. ​Following high school, I chose to pursue my passion for the game by attending the local junior college (College of the Desert) where I continued to work on my game in an effort to play at the next level.

In doing so, i also had the opportunity to work alongside fellow golf professionals at a local golf resort and private club. it is There where I witnessed firsthand the striking disparity between the well-dressed lady golfers and their often-lackluster golf bag setup and accessories. Inspired by their style and eagerness to bring color to the fairways, my grandmother and I embarked upon a creative venture that led to the creation of my first ever hand-sewn headcover. Thus, "Zoe Elizabeth Headcovers" was born.

following my sophomore year in junior college and endless hours of hard work, an opportunity to walk-on to the University of Georgia's Women's golf team became another chapter of my story. Navigating the challenges of division 1 golf, maintaining a full scholastic schedule as a student-athlete and managing a small business demanded resilience, tenacity and often times, a late-night dedication. with the unwavering support of my teammates who often pitched-in to help with material cutting and package deliveries, my business began to grow.

In January of 2020, my teammates and i had the incredible opportunity to play at the majestic Augusta National golf course. This breathtaking course, home to the prestigious Masters and known for its blooming azalea flowers, deepened my appreciation for the beauty and spirit of the game. The ever presence of the vibrant pink azaleas at both Augusta and the UGA Golf Course became symbolic to me and my journey.

currently, i am pursuing my dream to play professional golf while competing on the ANNIKA Women's All Pro Tour and seeking to advance to the pinnacle of our sport, the LPGA. with the fire and desire to continue to feed my competitive edge, thankfully, My personal golf story is not yet written.

​in the meantime, i am Determined to build a brand that resonates with female golfers. with that, a decision was made to rebrand my company as "Zalea's Golf Co." our mission is to create chic and sporty accessories that cater to every woman in a fun and exciting way.
